travelcairo I believe they are: Hinkley Lighting 3124KZ Amelia 1-Light Large Pendant. We just installed 2 of these over our 4 x 4 island and LOVE them.
Crisp Architects The big question when installing maple counter tops is whether you intend to use the surface for cutting or not. Butcher block comes in two different types of finishes, one for cutting and food prep and the other for service and display. Sealed butcher block is easier to clean and maintain but cannot be used for cutting. Knives could scratch the finish, leaving marks that are not easily sanded away. As far as price, you will have to check with your local contractor. The price of a butcher block counter top starts at around $65 per square foot. The wood is one of the largest determining costs in the price. A counter made out of a more rare or slow-growing wood, such as cherry, will cost much more than a more common wood like mahogany. Also, the grain of the counter affects the price. Hope this helps.
AJD Interiors I agree; and if you can, go further to differentiate between the two. For example, instead of wood flooring, try a different material completely, like concrete, slate, cork, etc. to compliment the wood instead of fighting with it. : )
afnowens Cabinet color seems to be similar to ceiling and trim color which is listed as Navajo White by Benjamin Moore. You can click on the "more info" line below this pic and then on the right, sometimes lower, it will say "more pics of this house". Often the other pics are "tagged" with more info. Hope that's helpful.
Nice color scheme, though I'd want to go darker for floors and countertops. But I like the clean lines, and the contrast of the white with the deep wall color.
Love this green with stark white cabinets. The contrast is on the walls and is easier to change, plus economical against expense of kitchen makeover. Eyes go up.
