I was sick of seeing the regular type cat litter box in my very small bathroom in my apartment..plus litter everywhere! I totally love the moderncat litter box but at $180 just wasn't feasible so I started thinking outside the box..so to speak!
I wanted something with a lid and found at canadian tire a foldable bench/ottoman for $40! I used a knife to cut a hole on the side and used the "entrance" from the original box. Inside I lined it with plastic and put in the litter box and a mat to trap the litter. Now it just look like a bench in my hallway!
