Faiella Design Hi there, that's actually a window, hard to tell from the photo. It's a Osborne and Little textile as the outside roman shade. A second shade is the plain white sheer with a black trim. That textile is an inside mount roman shade. Both are custom window treatments made by my seamstress!

Interesting placement for sink. If you move it closer to the door, can push the stove off to the right of the window, and the fridge on the far wall.
