InteriorsbyDesign Looks like there are two separate shades, most probably mounted on a board/boards that attach to the wall. These are most likely inoperable (mock roman).

danarone i have a similar style on my floors. mine is a rainforest white lea tile (ceramic/porcelain) it's actually even more beautiful in person than it is in photos -- mostly off white with a bit of grays and tans popping through.
