DecoDesignCenter.com If a remodel or just changing the stair railings for the interior stairs, then most homeowners don't even pull permits. But different cities have different rules as far as code goes. We manufacture and install these stainless cable railings all the time just like this in the picture all thru Florida and the Caribbean Islands.
