Duvet Cover - I have this duvet amethyst duvet cover from West Elm. The pintucks are great, but how do I get all the little wrinkles out of the rest of the duvet cover (little lines that take away from the design). I ordered a mini-iron and thought of ironing away the wrinkles while the duvet is still on. »
mistya West Elm may come out with a deeper color in the fall/winter catalog. It may be hard to find now that the summer colors are here. Also, I just washed my duvet yesterday and put it on the steam cycle in the dryer and when it was done, laid it out and smoothed it over and the wrinkles seem to fall out nicely. So your new steamer should do the trick!
Trudi Neiverth Hi,
Thanks for all the advice. I wound up buying a duvet cover/shams from 'Kohls' who had the deeper color purple (guess I couldn't wait). It should look nice on top of the amethyst one.
Niki Papadopoulos That bed is from West Elm! If you click the "more info" button under the image it will usually get you the information you are looking for when it comes to product. Unfortunately I believe this bed has been discontinued but they rotate product so often you might see it again. In the mean time here is another woven alternative from them. Good Luck!
Another idea - I like how this bed seems to just call you to it. The bed looks soft and comfy and is the focal point. I like so many different looks that I worry about being all over the place and ending without a focused "look"
