Madson Design Excluding the porches and deck, the width is 52'-4" and the max depth is 33'. The first and second floor are both 1503 sq. ft. Thanks for your interest!

Madson Design Hi there, the house is 3006 sq. ft. total, evenly split b/w two floors: 1503 sq. ft. each floor. There is also a fully open attic area with high ceilings (up to 10'-8"), which covers the whole house footprint.
