Farmhouse family room

A unique feature to this home are the exposed beams and posts that transect the house in two locations. Not only do they define and frame the different spaces, but their roughness and utility juxtaposed with the clean, white interior detailing speaks to the dynamic typical of these old farms: rural practicality and domestic elegance side by side.
