Here is the same landscape from a different angle. It's interesting the way the rectangular bocce ball court can fit into a yard the same way a swimming pool would.

Unique frame: metal outer band; wood inner rail; gravel/pebbles between. Looks great. Balls storage - on top of gravel/pebbles - is seamless. (Not a big deal re:maintenance; oak leaves can be easily blown off of gravel/pebbles)
