Own a Green Home We actually purchased a Cisco Brothers sofa almost 12 years ago. They aren't inexpensive, but the quality is amazing. What you should know is that a replacement slipcover for a basic sofa (Like the Raggady Sofa) will run you about $1200. (So, updating your sofa isn't economical.)

Don Ziebell The windows are painted steel sash. These were made locally in the Phoenix area, but manufacturers such as Hope windows sell them nationally. These use a special steel section to keep the muntin profile narrow. If you are on the west coast, try Janus windows in AZ. These don't have a thermal break, but in Az solar gain is a bigger issue than thermal control, so we use a high efficiency film to control (V-cool) with a high visible light transmission.
