douglas modern dining room

This home, originally built in 1929, needed a kitchen that complemented the recently renovated first floor. The previously dark and confined kitchen and built-in pantry were opened up for a more functional and colorful layout. Working with the existing plumbing, electric, and HVAC infrastructure, the design minimized the impact to these areas and avoided unnecessary costs. The end product was a simple, yet elegant approach that tied the kitchen to the rest of the house.
