This photograph of manzanita branches by contemporary Mendocino/Bay Area artist, Gaetan Caron (b. 1964), co-owner of Lost Art Salon in San Francisco is from his recent series "Mendocino". It is part of a fine art photography documentation of his communion with the forests, meadows, creeks, flora and fauna, as well as the orchard and garden surrounding his home in Mendocino, Northern California. Entitled "Ligne de Vie" (Life Line), this photograph was produced in a limited edition of seven and was printed on archival Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl paper. The work is presented in a gallery white mat and is framed in a contemporary silver metal frame using archival framing techniques.
