BoHo

Decoupaged retro tulip chair that was purchased from Overstock.com; very inexpensive. The desk was clear glass and gray metal. We sprayed the base brown, taped off the glass with masking tape, drew the Mehndi design with the help of my daughter, etched out the design with an Xacto knife, peeled off where we wanted to brown spray paint on the glass, sprayed it, let it dry and then removed the rest of the tape leaving our design on the glass. Fun project.

The retro decoupaged chair is always a talking point for guests. "Everyone comments on the chair when they see it in my daughter's room. It really shows my love of decoupage," says Guedj. She even decoupaged her daughter's old ballet pointe shoes and hung them on the wall.

Decoupage a piece of furniture! The bookshelf that will go next to the desk, next to dining room table, and also the one under the TV!!! Change the chandelier over dining room table and add a pretty table runner w the fake plants on rocks in glass vase!!
