millssnell Not sure if you are still looking for a table like this.
I live in South Carolina and build tables like this. Feel free to email or contact me if you are still interested in having something built. I obviously can't promise that we will be the right fit for each other, but I would love to hear about what you are looking for. There are plenty of options on getting the table to you.
The Shabby Nest You can get them for an even better deal at HomeDecorators.com, or, if you prefer a natural metal finish WorldMarket.com also has them available.
ludwin Thanks for the reply!
My husband wants espresso trim work through out the house and I really want white colored cabinets. I was unsure if that would be conflicting because most white kitchens seem to have white trim. We do not have room for an island to incorporate espresso into the wood work. Do you think the stair case that is close to the living room which the kitchen opens up to should be a mixture of the white painted spindles with an espresso hand rail to have the two colors tied together?
Rebekah Zaveloff Definitely yes on the stairs - white spindles and espresso handrail. As for the rest of the house....are the floors also espresso? Is it a more traditional space or modern? I will say that if you're doing espresso floors...floors are a lot of real estate...I would recommend doing espresso stained window sashes and doors, but then painting the trim/casing white, and the base trim white, and the floors espresso....
This white chairs help connect the color palette of the sitting area with that of the dining area in this vintage modern open space.
The chairs are available in a range of powder-coated colors; most recently I've seen them at Design Within Reach in yummy vermillion and plum, and at Sundance (that's where I got mine).
Go big on the table and small on the seating. When looking to take up less room in a space, try a bench instead of chairs on all or one side of your table. Make sure you can push the bench under the table so you can stash it away when not in use.
In this subtle living-dining space, designer Rebekah Zaveloff paired a white and gray ikat with other gray pieces, including a set of Tolix dining chairs.Browse fabrics in the Products sectionMore:Ikat InspirationTextile Traditions: Using Suzanis in Your Decor
