Living Room Spring Refresh
I added some Spring touches to my Cottage Style living room. Plants, Terra Cotta Pots, Glass Cloches, and light and airy colors make this room fresh for Spring. Photos by Mikey Fuller

Shabby French Cottage A friend gave the rug to me. He had it for 20 years or more. . .I think he picked it up second hand when he bought it. If you look at more recent photos, you'll see where I've replaced this rug with a solid grey rug, which came from World Market. Sorry I'm not more help!

I love the use of the gold frames of the mirrors they add a a modern and chic twist to the vintage look of the drawers. The use of mirrors elongates the room making it look bigger. I also love the use of color, the cool colors like the mint green walls and the white furniture makes a good basis for color splashing other colors like the gold. The use of clean cut lines and the classy glass contrasts well with the vintage pieces
