We adore this home, designed by Berkeley, California, architect David Wilson. This custom fireplace, like so many of our favorites, was made by Concreteworks, a fabrication and design firm in Oakland, California. The rustic sensibility of the hearth balances the more streamlined elements throughout the rest of the open living space.

I LIKE THS DOOR FOR MY DOOR LEADING OFF MY INCLOSED PORCH TO MY LIVING ROOM. HMMMM WHAT DO U ALL THINK. IT WOULD ALLOW ME TO GET THE LIGHT FROM THE PORCH AND STILL HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DOOR TO LOOK AT AND BLEND WITH MY LIVING ROOM.
