Linda McDougald Design | Postcard from Paris Home Thank you! Pewter is a great option for kitchens as they do not rust or stain, but they are susceptible to scratches. Pewter countertops are more expensive than granite and marble.

stephshopper Is the ceiling medallion for this light the same size as the beam or larger? DO you think it would be okay to hang a fixture with the medallion too big by 1/4" on each side?
