I used an old tea set for a combination of wax flowers, button mums, hydrangeas and gerber daisies. The table setting at a bridal shower is a great place to think outside the box. My local florist created a big bunch of fresh flowers tailored to my needs. If you're not sure what kinds of flowers will be best, try doing the same. When you get home, cut the flowers to fit your containers and add a few simple candles for ambiance. An old trophy or a collection of vintage blue glass jars could work just as well for holding flowers.
