Thank you for your inquiry. The entry door with sidelights that you saw on HOUZZ was a custom design. This homeowner retained us to choose exterior and interior features during the construction phase. The home is located in the Gwynedd Valley Pa area. We created the door design to work with the house, which is best described as a European Cottage. We prepared a drawing of what we wanted, and we sent it to a domestic custom door company in Calif. to make it. They sent out a locally based sales/ technician to take final measurements and to show us the various wood species and finishes. The door and sidelights were not sent as a per- hung unit, which meant that our client's contractor had to do the framing. Some builders do not like to deal with this, especially those who do not build truly custom homes. Just a warning. A door like this one will run in the $6000 to $8000 range depending on the opening width and sidelights.
