This contemporary condo with a hint of whimsy was completely renovated. Walls were removed to make spaces larger, closets added, as well as a complete bath and kitchen redo. The original kitchen was walled in and the client wanted to see the view from everywhere so a wall was partially removed where the bar stools currently sit. The cherry cabinets were offset with a silver leaf glass backsplash and black granite counters. We made the TV wall a feature wall and painted it a lively lime green, which was a great contrast with all the black and white comfortable furnishings.

We chose the foyer to feature fun art that captured the youthfulness and whimsy of this condo designed for a young adult or couple. In the bedroom we took a departure from the lime green black and white and chose a soft shade of lavender to pair with gray, silver, and cream. Wallpapering the bed wall gave the room personality, creating an organic feel with the trees that are featured in the restful pattern. This condo was truly transformed from dowdy and dated to contemporary and current.
