John Boos boards are made in the USA from North American hard rock maple. They meet the very high standards of commercial kitchens by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). MetroKitchen recommends hand washing with soap and hot water. Do not put in dishwasher or board will be ruined and warranty will be invalid. One-year warranty from the John Boos Company against defects in workmanship or materials. To seal and protect the wood, treat with John Boos Mystery Oil every 3-4 weeks, depending on how frequently you use this board.
