What Houzz contributors are saying:

The house is plaster over a traditional wood frame. The owners and designers wanted to instill the home with sustainable sensibilities, but because L.A. didn't have green building codes when the project began in 2006, it took six years to complete. (The home served as a model for the city's green building code, ushered in by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa in 2008.)Photo by Patricia Parinejad
