Allan Edwards The dark colors you see are stained wood, the lighter colored windows are wood windows clad in aluminum. And you are correct, they are a cream color.

Kelly Porter Hopefully, we'll get a response from the designer. In the meantime, take a look at White Hyacinth 0046 by Sherwin Williams. It's similar to the stucco color.
