Gina Johnson With the finish, it's hard to tell what material the range hood is but based on your interest, I would suggest going to Native Trails and getting a quote on a copper hood. They custom design copper hoods by hand, definitely the best at what they do.

Texas Lightsmith @Gina, it's good to know that they do hoods, too. I thought they only specialized in sink manufacturing, here is a Texas Lightsmith custom range hood

Kelly Porter Gorgeous kitchen! The cabinetry appears to be pine, and a similar stain to try is Warm Chestnut 3114 by Sherwin Williams.
