BRADSHAW DESIGNS Hello, Thanks for your question, the counter is Carrara Marble in a HONED finish which is what makes it look so soft. The edge detail is also special - in San Antonio it is called a 'Dupont' edge. Be sure to use an excellent quality sealer, like 'bullet proof' to help avoid staining your marble, but remember to enjoy the patina of your natural stone.
