Shower window covering - I would love to know what is covering the window in this shower? We have three windows in ours and can't figure out how to keep the view, but also add privacy when needed. »
I like the tiles in this shower. The horizontal breakup is great. If the tiles we uniform shape, like squares, I wouldn't like it at all. I've seen lots of showers with nice stone and tile but I'm really turned off by big tile squares...boring, unimaginative.
The window is double hung with a 3form removable (washable) acrylic panel that provides light and privacy. Window sill is durable Caesarstone.
Thank you! I want to keep the double hung window in the area where I am installing a shower. This appears to be a good solution. Do you know where I might find the product or construction instructions for my contractor?
ZeroEnergy Design This is a creative custom solution designed by our architect. Sorry, but there are no 'off the shelf' instructions.
Is the panel covering the window hung from hooks installed in the tile?
ZeroEnergy Design It's hung using stainless metal hardware and strong magnets. Easy to remove & wash!
Like the wall tiles --> definately trending to narrower, elongated tiles rather than squire. Not crazy about the contrast with the floor times, which do not really match.
