lookingforgold i believe those are swag holders being placed where rod would normally go. they are sold in sets of two. can purchase at most places that sell drapery hardware.

Cynthia Mason Interiors The drapery were cut with an angled top to follow the ceiling line. The bottoms are straight. Thanks for stopping by!

Cynthia Mason Interiors This treatment was designed to hide the ugly trapezoid window as the top. The top of the panels where cut on the angle - there is a tab at each medallion to attach. The medallions are sometimes referred to as "tie backs". Thanks for asking!
