Patrick Sutton Associates The bed was not painted, it was a Ralph Lauren bed which is unfortunately discontinued. The finish is a whitewash effect over a grey base.

dcahn thanks for your reply! Love the look you achieved. I just found a great pair of old oars this past week and now I'm just trying to find the hardware to hand them. I did a search online for oar cleats and couldn't find anything that resembled what you used. Did you just go into a local marine shop or did you get them online?
