A 2 or 3 in 12 in run will appear almost flat. Also if you change the roof pitch as well going that flat on the exterior you have to treat it and are limited in materials that can go that flat.

Christopher A Rose AIA, ASID Its is Savage Ground by Farrow and Ball Please note that this is a digital representation so please get a small amount of paint and try it in several areas. Orientation, wall material, and amount of daylight can affect color perception greatly.
