Richard Bubnowski Design LLC It's been awhile now, but I believe we used a porcelain tile in the bath. The 12 x 24 throughout the rest of the house was Autumn Gold.

Richard Bubnowski Design LLC Usually the height of the faucet will fall between 42" and 46", but often the height is determined by the actual fixture design of both the faucet and the sink or vessel. I would check the specification of the product you are interested in and also consult with the manufacturer. Take a look also at our Surfers End project where we used a similar wall mounted faucet together with a Kohler vessel type sink.
