Your second best bet is to hold up Benjamin Moore or other paint samples against your computer monitor to match the color you see. That should be helpful!
A photo can really be deceiving--this ceiling could be white, but reflecting some of the color in the room. But you could get this palest blue shade using a color like Sherwin's Snowdrop/6511 in a flat finish. It sets off the crown molding too.
The countertop on the island looks like Calacata marble, though it could be a very white piece of Carara. The butcher block is most likely walnut. And the back countertops look like a honed absolute black granite or soapstone. It's a gorgeous kitchen!
