Liquidscapes Brigitte,

The ornamental tree is a Kousa/Japanese dogwood and the perennials are a pink variety of Astilbe.

Liquidscapes It was made from scratch for this specific client and project, but I am sure you can find one similar online or made by a local carpenter.
