ncdiy Y'all I think it is from Lantern & Scroll (www.lanternandscroll.com or find them on Facebook) I was in their showroom last week and saw a very similar fixture. Hope that helps. Oh and they can customize!

The Robert K. Higgins Company We are almost certain that this job, based on the location and architect, is a Crittall Windows Ltd. application. The tradeoff of cleaning these small panes is the beautifully historic look of true divided light windows.

Black metal windows always make me think of France and make me wish I lived in a more temperate climate where single pane windows would be enough...not to mention no screens!
