Group 3 The tile is easy to keep white, the grout, not so much. That's why we use a medium gray grout... looks older and no one knows if it's clean or not. :)

Group 3 We had them made by a local millwork company. They're false louvers so there's no lack of privacy. The paint is black with a touch of red and blue in it. We played with it until we got something that looked like very darkly stained mahogany.

Except for the doors and the decorative light fixtures, everything in the house is off-the-shelf.

Group 3 No! :) It was a standard brick shape (3 x 6) and a standard hex on the floor, I think from Dal-Tile.

alexisross What is the brand and make of the matte hex floor tile? I can't find the right one for this vintage clean look....... What grout color as well on floor?

Group 3 I don't have the specs on this anymore, but it wasn't an expensive hex tile by any means. Same goes for the grout, we just selected a dark grey grout from the tile sub-contractors samples on site.

Group 3 I'm sorry, but I don't remember what we did here and I don't have a record in my files.

Group 3 It's a 1 inch hex with a medium gray grout. Many of the little hex tiles in the 1st go-round weren't exactly flat and the entire floor had to be re-done. We were told that "inexpensive" tiles (and these were certainly inexpensive) aren't manufactured to close tolerances.... but they did replace them at no cost to our client.

Group 3 The mirror/medicine cabinet was new. I don't know where the owners found it.

janicewo thanks. I found a similar one on Restoration Hardware. I hadn't realized they did as wide a variety of things as they do.

starrsimon I appreciate your insight. I did, one time, take a photograph to the paint store and asked them to match the paint color. They did an excellent job and my daughter's room turned out just as I envisioned. Having said that, I do plan on getting a sample size to test the color in the room. And if it might save the paint store some guess work, I would love to know the color of this bathroom. Thank you!

Group 3 I think this is Benjamin Moore's "Atrium White" in a semi-gloss enamel finish, but you might also look at B. Moore's "China White" too.
