Ronique Gibson Glass tile usually has a reflective property that helps enlarge the space, although in this picture, I think the small tile, the darker color, and the ceiling tiled is making this shower look smaller.
If you want to make a smaller shower look larger, use lighter colored tiles, larger scaled tiles - like 12"x12" or larger and keep a lighter color on the ceiling as well so it doesn't feel "cave like".
Michael Tauber Architecture I disagree on the size issue. if you have more tiles over the smae area it will make the space feel more generous because of the repetition. If you have large tile and only a few with visible grout, it makes it feel smaller.
Neutral tan mosaic tile covers and differentiates the shower floor in a blue glass mosaic shower. Mosaic tile, defined as 2" x 2" or smaller, is either affixed to a mesh backing or is paper-faced for ease of installation. These are just shy of 1" x 1".
