Initially, there were structural details with the soffits and ceiling height changes from the original addition that the team had to deal with. But by adding molding in different depths, they were able to create a beautiful focal point.A ceiling bump-out for the sofa and a few feet of floor area for the dining table made a huge difference in the space's functionality. Thank you for your questions. This is siena silver travertine from Walker Zanger. It is in a random linear pattern. There are lots of tiles available in different colors with this vein cut pattern. Many sizes are available as well that should work well with a granite countertop.
