J&K Custom Homes I don't have actual dimensions but would imagine this is an 8' ceiling with 36" on the top and 60" pantry below them.

Wood flooring has become more and more popular throughout the years. It is so easy to keep clean and it looks so rich and warm. As long as you don't leave any standing water on it, they shouldn't be a problem for you. Just to play it safe, you may want to put pans underneath your laundry machines just in case there is a leak.
