Mona Ives If the lower cabs had beadboard it would be ok. The cherry plus white beadboard on top - I think it depends realy on if you can integrate the two colors into your decor properly. I'm inclined to say no, but can you send us a picture?

marylaurette Thanks for your input. We have decided not to go with this detail in this room. Perhaps something similar in another room where it can be the white with white. I appreciate your expertise.

The Shabby Nest Benjamin Moore's Artctic Blue is similar to the walls and try Valspar's Ultra White for a similar cabinet color.
