Farinelli Construction Inc The coffered area measures about 8' wide by 20' long in the kitchen, and wraps in an L shape to the breakfast area.

Farinelli Construction Inc All the light fixtures in the house are Kichler Lighting brand and purchased from Yale Lighting Concepts. That particular light is item #2665OZ.

Farinelli Construction Inc They are 3/4" walnut, no sapwood, un-steamed, square pegs, glazed to accent knots etc, sanded, installed, and finished with 4 coats of Tung Oil

Farinelli Construction Inc The kitchen area is about 14'x16', connected to the kitchen is the eating area which is about 12'x20'. Hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions!

Farinelli Construction Inc Yes, this 4,700 SF is just on the 1st and 2nd floors. The basement is additional.
