Trade resource? - You responded to the question about the chairs being purchased as a trades purchase, what does that mean? I also love those chairs and have found the perfect drapes I like on the Houzz site, but the response to where to get them was similar referring to a "trades" as well. What's up? »
Robeson Design @kateliszewski, LOL... Thats "trade" talk for only available to Designers Only... on a wholesale basis. What that means is, you would need to go through a Designer in order to purchase something because the sources only sell to people in the Design Trade. There is however another way... these chairs for instance can be purchased from store that sell the Flores brand of furniture. Your cost would be twice what the trade cost is but you can still get your hands on them. In San Diego, there is a store called "Metro Decor" and they sell Flores furniture. In the case of the fabric you are looking for, If it's Kravet Fabric, you are out of luck because the only sell to the "trade". Sorry for the lingo... we are used to the term but a lot of people are not. I should keep that in mind in my replies :-) Thanks for asking. RR
Robeson Design I have a custom fabricator here in San Diego. He makes whatever we draw up for him :-)

Robeson Design This project was completed in 2009. The clients binder is in storage so I cant look it up for you. I'm very sorry. For a better look at this project, watch our YouTube video of the home :-)
Robeson Design I have no idea. Its from Mandalay Furniture but you will need the help of a professional designer to purchase... its a trade only resource.
Robeson Design @dmeilan, I apologize for my delay in responding to you question. I get hundreds every week on Houzz and some fall through the cracks.
The name of the brown and cream damask is Barclay Butera's 30369.86 . Agnieszka Fuksa is correct, its from Kravet and you will need a designer to purchase it for you.
Again, I apologize for the delay but I hope this helps.
Robeson Design The custom made bookshelves are stained a deep espresso which is a fancy way of saying a back/brown color. They may appear black at first glance but at closer inspection you can see the wood grain is apparent through the stain.
For more on this project, be sure to watch the video we posted to youtube walking you through all aspects of the home and showing the clients reactions as well.
Robeson Design The window treatments are custom. They have an inverted pleat designed around the print of the fabric. They were then mounted to a 2X4ish piece of wood and wall mounted with L brackets just under the crown molding. Hope that helps :-) To see more of this project, watch the video on our YouTube channel. It has over 200,000 views.... SUBSCRIBE! Its free!

Robeson Design @CHEERFUL BLONDE, I apologize for this very late response to your question. I get hundreds every month and this one must have fallen through the cracks. If you are still looking for this piece its from Kalco 5799 24 Light Chandelier from the Morris Collection It runs around $2,000 for the fixture and is 42" round. It makes quite a statement. Attached (below the video) is a better photo of the fixture.

i like everytyhing but the curtain pattern. if you changed it to something less busy it would be great! I love the use of rattan with the dark purple. Usually I pair it with a lighter color but this actually works and compliments the darker wood finish perfectly!!
