Kalamazoo invented the Hybrid Grill more than 10 years ago. To this day, it remains the only gas grill that lets you burn wood and charcoal.

Simply load the Hybrid Fire Grilling System drawers with charcoal or wood and use the gas burners below to start the fire. Once the charcoal or wood are ablaze, turn off the burners for a pure solid-fuel cooking experience. Just open the drawer to stoke the fire or add more fuel. You never have to let heat out by lifting the hood or disturb the food on the cooking surface. As the fire dies, the burners can come back into play to supplement the heat.

A grill with serious performance. Its cooking temperature range extends from 150 degrees to 1,200 degrees, giving the grill the ability to do "low and slow" smoking for traditional American barbeque, straight-up grilling, roasting, rotisserie and high-temperature searing.
