This kitchen remodel is located in the western suburbs of Chicago in a house that is over 100 years old. The kitchen was totally gutted, the challenge for me was to provide furniture like cabinetry that functions well for a busy family of six. Noteworthy item are the Armoire style cabinetry that houses two refrigerator/freezers. The cabinetry to the right and left of the Armoire are pantrys that have antiqued mirror instead of glass so that it looks like furniture while hiding its contents.
