David Gast The hinges are top and bottom pivot hinges that allow the door to swing in both directions and have stops to hold the door in the open and closed postions. I believe we used ones by Dorma, http://www.dorma-usa.com/prod/door_hardware/concealed_door_closers/%28code%29/overview . Anne DeCocco You could get this look using Ben Moore's Elephant Tusk/OC-8, with white trim that's a white base with 2 drops of black in it (aka B2), gloss or high gloss finish. I know I recommend those two colors all the time--they're fabulous!
