mango design co was given the fabulous task of transforming this home in vancouver's prestigous shaughnessy district. tudor style from the outside, it was terribly stuck in heavy finishes and bad 80's decor.
we tore down walls, morphed spaces & refinished it all with a completely new modern look.... unrecognizable from the original.
clean, timeless, classic, ... hope you like it!

Does the mirror sit right above the Duravit vanity sink? Would it be a problem from the splashing water? »
mango design co the mirror comes to the sink and is siliconed around it for moisture protection. mirrors make great backslashes to avoid the need for another waterproof surface behind the sink.
mango design co the tiles are from INAX corporation but i can't find any relevant info now. i bought them at stone tile international vancouver about 4 years ago. i think it was called 'stream border'
steph2020 Hi, would you know where I can buy this tub from? I checked online, and while i foun the specs, i can't see find prices or retailers. I live in Toronto. Thank you!
mango design co you'd be best to contact hytec directly. i generally purchase hytec from emco/the en-suite here in vancouver but i don't know in toronto...the site only shows western canada :( http://www.hytec.ca/contactus/representatives.jsp
I like the little bath alcove, but I wish the shower bar weren't so visible. It wrecks the sanctity of the bath area. I want a space that functions as a relaxing bath, and also doubles as a shower when guests are here
a shower fixture that you face hear-on (thus the water heads the long dimension of the shower, not the but), but that you can swivel to the side while you test the water...this could work for head-on fixture in shower
Do not like this tub
But like rod that bows out to give room when in shower!
Rod idea
Also like faucets maybe something a bit more rustic but like shower head on pole idea
No glass doors
Idea for all bathrooms:
Loft or Laundry (bath/shower)
Jack & Jill bath (one glass comes off)
Basement bath/shower
