My family of four lives in this 1939 home in Live Oak, CA. It is believed that William Wurster designed the house and Thomas Church designed the landscaping. It is approx. 4,000 sf with 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a sunroom in the center of the home. My inspiration for this remodel was 1930’s glam with all of the conveniences of modern day. Our dining room is highlighted in this photo album. Pictures taken by Melissa Laney.

“Ceiling and trim color”
“crown on angled ceiling”
