Mykonos Panormos Villas No the doors open widely but they don't go back into the cabinet. They are old cupboard doors and the carpenter had to make a frame for them which made them too tall for the interior space where the arch begins at the top, as a result they can only open out.
Mykonos Panormos Villas I bought the doors from a junk/antique dealer in Tripolis, Greece. They were originally old built in cabinet doors and I had my carpenter add to the sides and top in order to fit them into the space which hides the TV etc.
Mykonos Panormos Villas I'm sorry but I don't know who makes the couches. I bought them at an end of season close out sale in Mykonos but the store that I bought them at has since closed.
Mykonos Panormos Villas The coffee table, the matching sofa back table and the couches were all purchased at an end of season close out sale in Mykonos. I don't know the manufacturer unfortunately and the store that I purchased them at has since closed so I'm afraid I can't help you, sorry!
Mykonos Panormos Villas The flooring is a Greek stone from a quarry in Northern Greece. It is fantastic quality and I am VERY happy both with the look of the finished product and with the practicality of living with it. It is really easy to care for and looks better and better with time. I purchased it from a company with a showroom near Athens, Greece called GR Stone. They have a lovely selection of local Greek stones and will process the materials to your custom specifications. Their website is grstone.gr and telephone is +30 210 602-6260.
Elleni bought the antique carved doors in the living room (along with other pieces) from a junk dealer in Tripoli. "My carpenter built the frame and incorporated the doors to hide the entertainment center," she says.
