Good point on vessel sinks freeing up both more countertop and UNDER counter space that would be taken up by sink. Wall-mounted faucets also take up less counter space. I still don't know about them, though - think maybe not... they also seem a bit delicate.

I was thinking when you pick out your colors mosaic tiles would look nice in your half bath since it is small - maybe covering the entire sink wall - they're pretty cheap.
