I'm trying to figure out what new sink to buy. What is the size of the sink in your picture? It appears to be able to handle large skillets with handles. I've been looking at this type of dbl. sink and from what I see here I think that's what I'll be getting, except I'd reverse it. I love that drainboard and the skirt. Very pretty! »
This is the view from inside the butler's pantry shown above. This style of door can be designed as a solid door on the lower half and upper half, or with glass panes. Glass panes on upper portion allow for increased light and view into this wonderful pantry.
Replace the acoustical ceiling tiles with tin ceiling tiles. This is the big winner in my opinion. Dropped ceilings with acoustical tile are never attractive, and there's really no way to disguise them. There are some phenomenal products out there that look like tin ceilings but fit into the dropped ceiling grid. This is definitely an great option - though you'll being putting some cash towards it, and effort, it's well worth it.
