Philpotts Interiors Aloha and apologies for the delay. The architect specified the architectural lighting and was in charge of the RCP so I don't know how much I can help. The fixtures look like 4" squared bronze recessed cans, potentially LED. I'd start worth Cooper Lighting, Lucos Lighting and AquaBrass. As far as your powder room question is concerned, it all depends on the other elements and scale of design you are comfortable with. I hope this helps.
