Culligan Abraham Architecture The house is just under 35' as the local code limits at 35' too. the overall footprint is around 4700, which includes all covered porches and patios and was built on a 100' wide lot. If you are interested in the plan, please call the office. Thanks, Mike Abraham

Gretchen Wolff Thank you. My husband and I will building in Maine along the coast and we have been looking for Gambrel shingle style homes in the 2700 sq. ft. range. Do you have any plans that we could purchase?

Second story windows could look like this.......Really like starting the first floor cedar roof 1/4 way up the windows on the second floor to give the first floor an eyebow wich is not flat, rather angled downward
